- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan for Cameroon, aligned with the company’s overall objectives, to drive business growth and profitability ;
- Market Expansion: Identify and explore new opportunities for business expansion, including potential partnerships and client acquisition strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and key stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide tailored wealth management solutions
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of financial advisors, analysts, and support staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and meet performance targets.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all operations and activities comply with local regulations and internal policies. Manage and mitigate potential risks effectively.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and manage the financial performance of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Drive revenue growth and cost control efforts.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to customize financial products and solutions for the local market.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the economic and regulatory landscape. Use this information to make informed decisions and adjustments to the business strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance.
- Experience in client management and business development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Integrity and a commitment to ethical business practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Fluent in English and French.
